Once you have marked all of your walls, doors, flooring, roofing, electrical, etc… you can then import this data from OST into Timberline Estimating, Hard Dollar or Quick Bid.

Once this data is imported into Quick Bid, you can quickly apply material pricing from predefined databases. In addition, Quick Bid allows you to calculate and adjust on-the-fly labor rates, tax, profit, and misc expenditures.

Digital Production Control integrates the takeoff and estimating process by digitally tracking labor production and payroll directly from the field to the project manager’s office. This powerful program gives you the ability to recognize labor production problems instantly rather then at the end of a job where overruns can be more costly.
